A Keynote Address 'Lessons learned from recent large RCC dams in South-East Asia’ was given to the ASIA2016 Conference in Vientiane, Laos. A visit was also made to Nam Ngiep 1 under construction (the newest dam in Laos) and Nam Ngum 1 (the oldest dam in Laos).
